Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of efficient and sustainable solutions, you will work within a multi-disciplinary project team in the delivery of water and wastewater treatment solutions from inception through to completion of construction.
Your work as a Senior Mechanical Engineer will include the following activities:
- Leading the interfaces and integration of the mechanical design with that of other disciplines.
- Management, reviewing and preparation of mechanical design deliverables (such as calculations, drawings for plant general arrangements, documentation, schedules, specifications and design reports) to achieve the correct time / cost / quality balance for the project.
- Providing quality assurance of others work by undertaking check/review functions.
- Supporting the development of the mechanical engineering team, coaching and mentoring junior engineers to develop their skill set and identifying the correct resource for the projects.
Candidate Specification
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer (preferably Chartered or Incorporated).
- Water or wastewater non-infrastructure and infrastructure design experience.

Candidate Specification
- Must have experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Ability to communicate on technical issues.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
